| Killarney is one of the cities of the Ring of Kerry, a string of towns layed out in a circular form. Many tourists follow the circle and visit each of the towns, either by bus, car, or bike. Killarney is often the first and the most commonly visited town on the Ring. Unfortunately I only had about 18 hours there (thus the lack of pictures and content on this page). But I did get to take a beautiful bike ride from the hostel through the National park to Ross Castle. To the right is the castle. I can't quite remember what this was - I think it was a restaurant or maybe a tourist/info shop. In any case, I just liked the old thatch roof look of the place.
