Within the four categories below are some of the better pictures I started taking in May, 1998 when I got my Canon EOS Elan 2. All shots were taken with a Canon 28-80mm and/or Quantaray 70-300mm lens covered by a UV filter (and in some cases with a polarzing filter as well). While I'll try to give more specifics for each shot, I haven't been very good (until recently) about taking logs. Update: In Dec. of 2004 I bought a Canon Digital Rebel with the standard lens. Then I also purchased a Canon 75-300 IS lens to replace the Quantary zoom. So all pictures from then on are digital.
